General
- What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and money orders. Checks and Money Orders must be addressed to SkinCareful.com and mailed to us at:
SkinCareful.com

- How will the charge appear on my credit card?
- The charge will appear as "SkinCareful.com".
- Do I have to pay sales tax?
- If the order is being shipped within Texas, yes. We are required to collect 8%.
- I need a copy of my invoice.
- These are emailed to you immediately after you place your order. They are emailed to the address you provide us when you sign up for an account. You may also get a copy of your invoice by going to My Accounts, logging into your account, and then looking in the "My Orders" section.
- I forgot my password.
- Visit our password reset form
and type in the email address you used to sign up for an account. A new password will be emailed to you. The password is case sensitive so it may be best to copy and paste it into the login box on our site.
Note - If you are having trouble, the following characters may look alike: uppercase letter O, number zero, lowercase letter L, and number one.
- Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
- No, please only use numbers.
- How do I start a new order?
- Start putting the items you want into your shopping cart by clicking the Buy Now and Add to Cart buttons. When you are finished, click the Check Out button.
Shipping
- Has my order shipped?
- You will receive notification via email when your order has shipped. Shipping is usually within 24 hours of placing an order.
- Do you ship to my country?
- Contact us before placing an order outside the United States. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you. Our email address is also listed at the bottom of this page.
- Can I change my shipment method?
- Currently, we only ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Technical Support
- Are cookies a security risk?
- No. Cookies are stored on your hard drive by your browser, but that does not give us the ability to read any files on your hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personal information, just a unique identifier for our system to recognize your browser.
