For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises and sprains.

Directions

Shake well before using. Press applicator tip against skin to release flow of Ultra Muscle Rub. Apply evenly to affected areas. Do not over-apply. Allow fifteen minutes before covering with clothing. A transient warming and then cooling effect will occur and then dissipate. According to A-Cute Derm, you may wrap a bandage over E2 Muscle Rub even though the FDA guidelines for ‘Warnings’ indicates that a bandage should not be worn. May use up to four times daily.
