Our new CREAMTASTIC Face & Body Lotion is blended to moisturize, nourish and protect your skin.   An Occupational Therapist first started making this lotion when she needed a more effective kind of body lotion for her patients whose age or disease changed their skin.  She began being asked by other therapists for this lotion when they saw the results and the overall condition of their own skin improving with use.  It is fabulous and comes in a generous 4 oz size!

A little bit goes a long way.  Creamtastic can be used on all parts of your face and body to heal, maintain hydration and moisture of the skin as well as help improve the general health of your skin.

Is Popping Pimples Bad for Skin?

Posted by Lisa Phillips on May 17, 2010 0 Comments

 Answer:

Yes, it is. A common pimple is inflamed skin when a pore becomes enlarged with excess oil, dead skin cells, and bacteria. When you squeeze a pimple, you may accidentally force the debris from the pore deeper into hair follicles. This can lead to the debris entering the dermis (the innermost section of the skin).

You run the risk of scarring if you pick at or "pop" your pimples. Do not be fooled if you are able to coax pus and debris from the pore opening. Infected debris may still be entering the dermis from below. Squeezing a pimple can lead to a hard and painful blemish deep within the skin or a cyst. Picking at pimples can spread infection, and ultimately cause more acne. Clearly a hands-off policy is the best choice when it comes to your skin.

Lemon Facial Scrub Recipe

Put 2 Tbsp of baking soda in a bowl.  Add enough lemon juice (or water) to the baking soda to make a wet paste.  Rub gently on your skin for a few minutes to exfoliate! Using lemon juice will help exfoliate even more, by using the natural acid in the juice.  Your skin should be baby soft when you are done!
